What about point 8 and diabetes?
Especially when we talk about children and looking for products like sweeties. Should we avoid sugar free as well?
Sugar free substitutes are chemicals which our body cannot adapt. It’s not only bad for health but also affects our nervous system. It’s better to eat sugar than eating sugar free foods. Keep the frequency of sugar candies less and give them natural foods like fruits, dry fruits like dates or recipes made from that.
I completely agree with this article. It is of the utmost importance to have a full balanced diet in order to maintain healthy skin and recover as quickly as possible from any harm caused to the body. Protein is essential for every meal. I ensure that I am getting my required amount of protein from either a glass of Gowardhan milk or a side helping of any of the dahi. These controlled, regular amounts help me ensure that I am providing my body with the nutrients that it requires without it being in excess.
