You must be feeling fresh today because you had an awesome weekend but you will surely make a profound difference in your weekday by getting back to the healthy lifestyle.
Honestly, no one cares about dieting Sh*t but small changes can be made effortlessly.
As the weekend ended, I immediately thought of writing the 5 must do essentials for this MONDAY to rejuvenate and make the day more productive.
The following foods are the ‘’MUST HAVE’’ this Monday:
1- Caffeine lovers, keep in mind to have coffee or tea only after having your breakfast. Never start your day with tea or coffee. As body is well recovered on the weekend, avoiding coffee early morning will keep you away from bloating. Have breakfast within 1 hour after waking up. Once done with it, take the pleasure of drinking your favorite caffeine drink.
2- Cheese and ghee are the best healthy fats. This’ll help you burn fat and also build muscles. There are a very high chances of improving your metabolism with healthy fats. Therefore, include 1 serving of each.
3- Peanuts and cashews are the best snack options. Healthy fat options again and on the contrary this will help you burn fat too. Go and crab your favorite nuts and eat them guilt free, it’s loaded with healthy fatty acids.
4- Paneer or fish- 100 gms is a must have today in any of your meal. They are very rich source of proteins and healthy fats and so it stimulates the muscle growth.
5- Completely avoid maida, bread, biscuit, or bhel today. These foods are responsible for crash of energy and therefore, avoiding them will not only help you lose fat but will also avoid dodging your blood sugar levels. Focus only on eating whole and real foods every 3 hours. You will surely feel UP throughout the day.
