Then let me tell you, it’s a waste of time to blame the pointless statements.
Fat gain majorly depends upon the lifestyle you lead in the early age unless you go through any major trauma or illness. It’s important to identify why do we gain weight suddenly at any point of time. According to my observation, I feel there are 5 major reasons for gaining fat in excess. Therefore, giving lame excuses like
‘’I got married so I gained weight’’
‘’ Post pregnancy weight always retains’’
‘’ I don’t eat too much, yet I increase my tummy’’
‘’Obesity is in my genes’’
And more doesn’t make any sense.
But honestly these are the common myths that people love talking about. The fact is so different from this…
The major reason of obesity are:
1. Never exercise from the early age
Fortunately our metabolism is high in the early and young life but with ageing process the muscle starts depleting. Majority people feel they were thin when they were young but they do not understand that your fat percentage can be high that is being skinny obese. People who workout from the early age tend to have less chances to become obese than others.
2. Think that eating anything when you are thin is fine
Since the muscle mass is higher in the early age, the body uses the food as energy majorly but the excess of unwanted food goes on depleting muscle mass and increase the fat cell volume. This the reason teenagers and early 20 age people too have started seeing the little tummy if not obesity as such.
3. Suddenly change your lifestyle when start working
This one major issue of not managing the lifestyle well. Getting up late and rushing fast to the office, sitting job, hogging on wrong food in evening, sleeping late night after watching TV, party and hogging on weekends, lack of sleep etc, is like abusing your body. You are surely adapting your body to a poor lifestyle and taking no initiative to make any changes. This leads to massive loss of muscle due to low physical activity and gain in fat mass.
4. Replace traditional foods with junk food
Eating unwanted and abusive foods like processed food, packed foods, refined foods, high transfat and hidden sugar packed foods, diet or low fat foods are highly abusive to your body. Starting all these foods in early age in a lot of quantity leads to multiplication of fat cell leading to childhood obesity.
5. Not following the eating etiquette
Eating food without giving it a thought leads to overeating. Overeating is a very common problem we have in our society today without any conscious. The reason behind this is the growing technology which occupied your head more than anything else. Watching TV while eating, chatting over phone, gossiping with friends while eating are all the reasons over not realizing the feeling of fullness.
So here where my 5 major mistakes that people do which leads to fat gain. Taking care in the early age is vital but it’s never too late. You can still start work on your metabolism and expect a change to happen. The issue you will face is that it will take time to show fantastic results. The sooner you realize, the better.
