Diets are relatively the most followed concept to lose weight but unfortunately people fail to understand that eating in a certain fashion can really bring a massive change in your health.
Planning well in advance on what to eat and using some common sense to eat food will massively transform your body. It’s never about what and how much calories but eating what your body needs.
Stop being nasty about food and get real. Simple mistakes that you might be making could be the reason for poor immunity, poor hair quality, poor concentration, poor productivity and weight gain.

Caffeine is an appetite suppressant and can keep you away from food for a very long time. 2) Not eating enough Proteins and Fats
Our diet mainly consists of carbohydrates like whole wheat, jowar, bajra, nachni, oats, bread, biscuits, and refined foods. There is a huge lack of protein and fats in our diets. We need at least 1 gms/kg Ideal body weight every day and Indian are not even matching 20% of their diet with proteins.
Include lots of first class proteins in your diet like whole milk, full fat curd/ yogurt, cheese, whole eggs, chicken and fish.

Another misleading concept about fat intake is making people make wrong choices like low fat milk, low fat cheese or butter. Eating healthy fats which are natural and not refined helps you burn more fat. Low fat food items are replaced with sugars and makes the food product fast absorbed leading to obesity.

3) Eating fruits at the random time
Fruits are simple carbohydrate which provides energy only when your body’s blood glucose levels falls down. Eat fruits only when your body needs instant energy and the ideal time to eat them it post workout, or when you are physically very active.
In case you need to eat fruits at the random time, always accompany it with proteins and healthy fats like full fat cream or yogurt.

4) Overeating
Lack of concentration and not following the eating etiquette are very common these days. The growing technology locks our mind to thing of anything else. Basic norms are not followed which is making a disaster in our lives. Overeating is the biggest reason for obesity.
Eat slow, concentrate on food, enjoy food. Take smaller bites, chew it for 32-35 times.
End your day with heavy meals- Extra working hours followed by extra large appetite brings your stomach in a big trouble. Being heavy on stomach at night neither gives you a peaceful sleep nor does it helps you recover the muscles at night. The effects are mostly seen the next day in form of bloating, swelling or hyper acidity.
Eat frequently, every 2-3 hours to keep you away from overeating.
