I’m sharing my secret of good start of the day with you. My 3 tips can give you a kick start your day without hassle
Magical Tip no 1:
Drink 2 glasses of water as soon as you get up. Your body get dehydrated overnight because of no food and water, therefore, hydrating should be the first and the fore most important thing to rejuvenate your day.
There is no need to go crazy over hot or warm water in the morning. Just drink 2 glasses of water, it is equally beneficial.
Magical Tip no 2:
Have 1tsp of ghee or 4-5 nuts (any) or 1tbsp of peanut butter or cheese after drinking water. You can also have healthy fats in the bound forms like full cream milk, full cream yogurt or whole egg to fulfill the requirement. Healthy fats early in the morning keeps your blood glucose level optimal and controls your appetite.
Eating healthy fats early morning has improved my skin too.
Magical Tip no 3:
FRESH & SEASONAL FRUITS
Any seasonal fruit in the morning gives you instant energy to kick start your day. You can chose any fruit which is seasonal to get maximum nutrition. Completely avoid juices, just eat fruits.
Magical Tip no 4:
PROTEINS FOR BREAKFAST
Include some form of protein in your breakfast like full cream milk, curd/ yogurt, paneer, whole eggs with your carbs like paratha, poha or upma. People tend to eat only carbs but usually skip proteins. Protein breakfast will improve the muscle repair and keeps your stamina up throughout the day.
Magical Tip no 5:
TAKE IT EASY
Do not cluster your mind with too much tension on how will the day be today. Go with the flow, take it easy. Be relaxed and do your work.
Magical Tip no 6:
While taking bath, cooking or getting ready, we tend to think about the work we need to do today but the better way to get your day right is to prepare your mind with the right message. Keep affirming to yourself that ‘’My day will be awesome today, no matter how much ever challenges come to me, I’ll surely be up for it’’ ‘’I love myself, I accept myself and promise myself that I’ll do all my work with heart and soul’’
These small changes can bring a huge difference in your day to day life, not only will it keep your nutrition in place but your whole day too.
