Have you been wandering around in the market to get the best multigrain or brown variety of bread, cereals, sugar and more?
Of course, brown variety is more fibrous, is higher in vitamins B complex and other minerals but let me tell you this, they both are calorically same. Therefore, switching from white to brown will only improve the vitamin and fibre intake but will not help you lose fat.
Brown variety has no relationship with Fat Loss.

If your diet is very high in carbohydrate i.e. whole cereal, brown bread, multigrain biscuits, etc, then you can never see fat loss. Excess carbohydrate gets converted to fats may it be the brown variety.
Another fact is that brown bread is mostly the caramelized sugar instead of whole wheat. Choosing the right one is vital. You should look for genuine brands or in house bakery shops which claims the right variety of bread.
In case of biscuits, multigrain or whole grains are loaded with transfat and is it high in carbohydrate too. It’s the worst source of snack to lose fat. 🙄
Brown sugar is another highly misunderstood food item. The only difference between the white sugar and the brown sugar is the brown one has molasses and the white one is bleached. They both are fast absorbed and therefore, excess gets converted to fats.
I don’t mean to say that brown variety is bad for health but surely if you are consuming it in excess then it is not going to help you lose fat.
