Just like these is no short cut to make money, same way there is no short cut to lose weight. It’s your job! Even if you’re getting frustrated, you have to do your action correct to make the most out of it.
Of course, in each day of the course I’ll give you amazing tips to lose weight but for today I want you to analyse your day, diet and activity first.
Have a look at the whole picture than just seeing a small part of the day. This is what I call ‘Recall Alarm’.
What is RECALL ALARM?
It is a format in which you’ll write down your days schedule with time and activities and most importantly what do you eat.
Why do you need RECALL ALARM?
· Because RECALL ALARM will give you a whole picture of your lifestyle.
· Makes it easy for you to analyse and alarm your mistake…TRING TRING!!!! 😮
· And help you reach goals easily.
· My each days tip will help you improvise your day’s schedule. Therefore, you can compare your improvements and progress.
How to make RECALL ALARM?
I want you to write down at least two days recall in detail.
Day 1 – weekday/ working day
Day 2 – weekend/ holiday
Since both the days are drastically different in terms of timing and eating pattern; they’ll give you a broader outlook towards your schedule.
To make it more simplified. I’m attaching a Recall Alarm PDF to help you understand the format well.
DAY 1- ACTION PLAN:
1. Take a print out of the Recall Alarm PDF / Take a journal and draw similar format/Make a word document on your laptop.
2. Select 1 weekday and 2 weekend or 2 weekday and 1 weekend (which ever you feel goes wrong most of the time) and write down in detail.
3. Write down your days schedule in detail with timing of the diet like:
· What did you eat in what quantity?
· What much water did you do?
· How much water did you drink?
· Did you eat out?
|7.30am||tea 1 cup with 2 marie biscuit|
|8am||left for work|
|12noon||1 plate hakka noodles
2 manchurian balls with gravy
|5pm||bhel- 1 medium plate|
4. Keep both the days documents ready and you are ready to start the Magical health journey with me……… YIPIEEE!!!
