“oh! its my new water reminder app!”
“Wow” that sounds funny isn’t?
But I thought we need it coz we forget to drink water.
I have seen people living on only 1-2 glasses of water/day. That’s really a SERIOUS problem.
How does water help to lose weight?
-The more muscle mass you have in your body, the more you’ll burn fat.
-Muscles are 70% water
-Therefore, if you workout, you need water to help the muscles grow and repair well. If you fail to drink enough water, you’ll not burn enough fat.
-The more hydrated you’re, the more it’ll help improve muscle mass/muscle growth and the more will be ‘ FAT LOSS’.
Another advantage of drinking water is that it helps absorb the antioxidants and water soluble vitamin (vitamin C, B). Therefore, improving the skin quality, protecting our heart and other organs from free radicals(toxins)
You’ll NO more need any DETOX DIET.
It’s simple drink water!
How much water to drink in a day?
1 glass of water every hour. This includes all the watery liquids like curd, milk, buttermilk, soup, etc.
Can I drink 1 liter of water in a go?
No. Sip water throughout the day. Keep the frequency more to get the best hydration and result.
Also, you need not go to the loo again and again if you sip water throughout the day.
Should I drink cold or hot water?
Some say hot water makes you lose weight some say the opposite. As per my observation, there is not much effect of the temperature. Just drink lots of water no matter what the temperature is!
