MAGICAL TIPS FOR DAY#8 to attract weight loss easily:
· Stop being with people who are negative or pass comments on your weight. If not possible to stop meeting, meet them less frequently.
· Change the topic of weight loss in any conversation.
· Don’t feel guilty if you reveal everyone that you are dieting. Simply say, I am trying to make healthy changes.
· Don’t read too many weight loss stories or ask anyone their story of weight loss. This will just make you desperate and negative.
· Always groom yourself and praise when you look at yourself in the mirror. Stop insulting your body again and again by saying ‘My belly is too big’ ‘my double chin’ etc.
· Be confident when you socialise. You confidence can overcome all the flaws.
· Take out atleast 30-45mins everyday for yourself in doing some recreational activity like reading, shopping etc.
· Take out time from your schedule and meditate for 5-10mins. This will eliminate negative thoughts from mind.
· After meditation, visualise yourself beautiful/ handsome, leaner, toned and very happy.
· Then take out a sheet and write down your your goal in Present Tense like: I am 65kgs and look absolutely goregeous with this weight.
· Do this activity regularly to feed your subconscious mind with this belief.
· Keep your healthy old picture or any celebrity’s picture who inspires you on the wall which is visible to you often. Seeing this picture will remind you to be consistent and achieve goals easily.
When you realize that the true happiness is self realization or self love, you’ll start losing weight faster. You’ll attract only positive people who motivate and inspire you.
LOVING YOURSELF IS NOT AN ACT, IT’S AN ALLOWANCE
Setting a goal followed by right actions and good feeling i.e. happiness, joy, self love is the formula to successful WEIGHT LOSS.
