Hi Guys, I have written many article before on importance of fat but today this topic HAD to be covered in my blog list… and the topic is nothing else but BEST FOOD TO REDUCE WEIGHT- GHEE.. Yeah!!
So many of my clients have been asking me the simplest food which can help them lose fat easily and here I reveal this MAGICAL INGREDIENT: GHEE
Indians of course know what Ghee is but lemme help my foreign reader understand this food item.
What is ghee?
Ghee is clarified butter obtained after milk is taken through a process of curdling and heating, or clarifying.

Moisture, protein and sugars are precipitated and removed by the clarification process which is generally present in butter. You need not refrigerate it.
Plus, it has higher smoke point which makes it easier to cook.

I was really shocked to read regarding ghee as a good source of fat to lose weight.
I just bought it and had it. Well i wanted to know wether 1 tsp of ghee can be added in milk and consumed.
Secondly wants to know about flaxseed oil.
Can this be consumed directly & the quantity of it in a day.
The powdered form or liquid form, which of this would we ok.
