I remember growing up seeing the celebrities like Jennifer Aniston, Aishwarya Rai, Tom cruise and many more. Their flawless skin, perfect hairdo, sculpted body was a treat to my eyes.
With each movie that I saw, they looked more charming and younger. Their picture perfect image, gazed me to look like one. I tried hard but failed to find their unrevealed secrets.
‘They could be genetically blessed’
‘They would have gone under knifes to look perfect’
‘They have more facilities than we’
Were some of the beliefs that I lived with.
My parents, uncles and aunties share the same age as theirs but yet look older, face obesity and other medical problems.
‘’Sagging skin’’
‘’Dropping posture’’
‘’Grey hair’’
‘’Baldness’’
‘’Gradual deterioration of organs’’
‘’You cross the age of 30 and your health goes for a toss’’, we have grown up listening to such unauthentic statements.
I later discovered that there are few secrets which are kept hidden from our knowledge and is used by very few. We own the powers but unaware about these specifics.
I found AGEING IS A DISEASE
You heard me right! Ageing is a disease which is the cause of the ignorance of good eating habits, lack of physical activity and rest, and poor lifestyle.

Most common Botox
Hair transplant etc
Are thought to be the quickest way to look ‘well maintained’ or ‘young’. Such words drive you crazy and convince you to go for the unnatural ways just to portray a perfect appearance to the society.
Note, they are temporary and of course it looks fake, isn’t?
These are the external beauties, what about the ageing happening inside us?
After ruining the external tissues of skin, or hair follicle, the worst is the internal damage of the muscle loss, low bone density, organ failure, and obesity. There is no cosmetic surgery to correct that though. No one thinks of reversing that.
Many of you are ageing faster than what you think it to be like.
The true beauty lies within a man
Yes! Many people lack the understanding that the external beauty starts from the inner beauty.
External beauty is the reflection of the following factors:
-High muscle mass
-Balanced hormonal levels
-Better control of diseases like diabetes, hypercholesterol, hypertension or any other metabolic syndrome
-Low body fat percentage
-Hydration
Do you still blame your ancestors for not blessing you with correct genetics?
We may or may not be blessed with genetics of perfect ageing, because your genes have only 20% impact on you. So stop blaming your ancestors when you have 80% chances in your hands to reverse it.
You may be a celebrity or a leader, a clerk or an officer, professor or a chef, rich or poor, no matter what your gender is, we all are blessed with anti ageing hormones within us.
Which are the hormones to reverse ageing?
Human growth hormone, dehydroepiandrosterone, progenenolone, melatonin, thyroid hormone, estrogen, testosterone, progesterone, endorphins (a feel good hormone that gives a natural high) are responsible for growth, repair and increasing the immunity in the body whereas the diminished levels due to such factors inordinate the catabolism to an extensive level. This cycle revolves on the same axis resulting into faster ageing symptoms.
Before we learn about the foods and supplements that are important for skin, let us know the reasons which blocks the release of good hormones or anit ageing hormones
Then why do we age?
Our changing lifestyles from play grounds to play stations, hockey to air hockey, lock and key to the play and pause of Ipads, parathas to pizza, fruits to sugar candies creates an inappropriate environment in the natural system of digestion.
Upon this, the massive hormonal changes which the body face diminish the good hormones rapidly.
Some other factors like smoking, alcoholism; lack of rest, sun damage triggers the release of good hormones.
And another important factor for rapid ageing is Lack of exercise. Muscle mass can increase only when you exercise, especially with weight training. Lack of any type of exercise and exercise, will rapidly deteriorate health and finally leads to rapid ageing.
STRESS, the black sheep
Cortisol, a hormone which is released only when you have to fight in an emergency responsible for increasing heart rate, blood pressure, stimulates mind and has catabolic effect. In chronic release, it can cause pre deposition of fat deposition. Stress leads to a drastic release of this hormone, thinking it to be an emergency and triggering other good hormones to release.
Poor eating habits
Wrong eating habits are another reason for triggering the release of good hormones. Especially refined carbohydrates like white bread, sugar and polished rice increases the release of cortisol, which in turn affects the release of insulin. Deficiencies of vitamins, minerals, protein, fibre and water stress the working pattern of the body, responsible for diminishing the levels drastically.
Smoking and Alcohol
Cigarette breaks down the collagen of the skin leading to faster wrinkling of the skin especially around the mouth. Smoking depletes vitamin C and A in the body causing skin to lose its firmness.
Higher level of sugar content in alcohol enhances wrinkle formation. Other complications are also associated with alcohol consumption and they are memory loss due to damaged nervous system, diabetes, liver cirrhosis, heart disease and many more.
Sleep, lack of physical activity and sun damage are few more reasons for skin damage to an extensive level.
The good news is that there is no age bar to begin the anti ageing process. Therefore, let’s free ourselves now from the fetters of the junk food, stress, poor lifestyle and conjure away the signs of ageing by your own magical powers with the solutions for skin improvement.

Hi, this write up on weight loss is good but i do believe that one has to find time for all this as well as the the fubds. I am 50 yrs and weigh 62 kgs height is 5.1 my problem is only that bcos of 3 ceasearean i have a stomach so i just need to stress on this. I do have my daily reqd portion of fruits and i donot believe in juices bcos i feel that it ia waste so i prefer various colours of fruits n veg which i have 7 days a week in diff colours.
