“It keeps your weight on track. And helps you Detox”
My straight forward reply “if that was the case, why do you need me?”
With their face turning red “Actually, I’m not losing weight now”
”Hmmm… So your lemon water formula is not working han”…
Remember, there is no shortcut to lose weight and if it is, then definitely it’s not permanent. What you lose is water and muscles and not fat.
Eating right and training (exercise) are the only science which can help you lose fat. To help you understad better I’m giving you a few lesson to keep you on the right path. It starts like this:
LESSON NO 1: There is no MAGIC POTION
I use ‘olive oil’
I use ‘flaxseed’
I drink ‘warm water’
I drink ‘lemon water’ early morning
The most common statements I come across each day.
Remember guys, there is NO MIRACLE FOOD that can give you weight loss overnight. Just having a small glass of this magic potion, will not keep the weight scale stable.
It’s really poor investment for health.
Lemon, honey definitely has antibacterial properties, they help healing but only drinking lemon, honey warm water will not help you lose weight unless you WORKOUT, EAT CLEAN AND REST WELL.
LESSON NO 2: WORKOUT, EAT MORE CLEAN FOOD AND REST FOR WEIGHT LOSS
And if you are already doing that, then you don’t need lemon honey water formula to be lean.
LESSON NO 3: VITAMIN C FOR WEIGHT LOSS
The worst thing ever I came across was a lady who claimed herself as some therapist (random and unqualified) who preached ‘Squeeze, 6 lemons in a glass and drink it after lunch and dinner’ 😮
She believed that the way lemon cleans the vessels well, the same way it’ll for the digestive system 😯

Guys, lemons are rich source of Vitamin C- The most powerful water soluble antioxidant.
The role of antioxidants is to capture the Free Radicals (toxins) from the body, helps you repair muscles, gives you brighter skin, and helps you improve metabolism.
YOU NEED NOT TORTURE YOURSELF BY DRINKING ONLY AND ONLY LEMONS.
Capsicum, cashew fruit, orange, guava and other citrus fruits will also help you meet the Vitamin C requirements.
FROM CRAPPY TO HAPPY ACTION PLAN: MAGICAL TIPS
· There is no 1 particular food which can help you lose weight.
· Squeeze lemons on salad, include other vitamin C rich foods like capsicum, guava, orange, cashew fruits and other citrus fruits to improve the antioxidant requirements.
· Stop torturing yourself with early morning lemon honey drinks. Instead eat fresh fruits.
· Honey too can be included in your diet but only honey will not aid weight loss.
· The best way to lose weight is workout, eat clean and wholesome meals and rest well.
Use common sense before falling pray to such gimmicks and random advice from unqualified people. There is always a trend which comes in the market to boost their client base. Keep your eyes and ears open. Always ask realistic and scientific reason behind eating any kind of potion.
