Green tea, Green tea and more green tea. Why the hell people keep drinking green tea all the time?
For FAT LOSS?

But Let me tel you this:
”GREEN TEA OR ANY TEA HAS NO RELATION WITH FAT LOSS”
The fact about green tea or any tea is that it leads to WATER LOSS AND NOT FAT LOSS. Tea is Caffeine which helps to only stimulate the nervous system but when consumed in excess, it leads to water loss. Of course you’ll see difference In your weight because of water loss but you’ll hardly see any difference in your inch loss (fat loss). Other side effects of consuming too much green tea in a day is that it starts draining the glow of your skin leading to wrinkles, pigmentation, dullness, weakness and dehydration.
Another reality check about green tea is that is is NOT A RICH SOURCE OF ANTIOXIDANTS. 1 cup/ tea bag of green tea has only 50-100mg of antioxidants and unfortunately your body needs 1000mg of antioxidants every day. Therefore, you need to consume at least 8-10 cups of green tea per day. 😯 It’s so impractical and so not good for health!

I don’t mean to say that you should not have green tea, what I want to clear is that thinking that green tea will help you lose fat is a big misconception. Indian Masala chai is loaded with herbs which improves digestion too, therefore, if you replace it with green tea, it is not going to make a big difference in your fat loss.
Have which ever form of tea or coffee you want to, but do not exceed more than 2-3 small cups per day. Do not think that replacing one Chai with another tea is a good idea. It’s really not.
