Leave gym, Gain double the weight… 😥
The cycle goes on and off.
Convincing people to weight training is the most challenging thing for me in my profession. People want to lose weight desperately but they can’t workout if asked to.
”Why? What is the need?”
”Is it mandatory to gym?”
”Can I not do it just by walking?”
”She lost weight by walking, so why shouldn’t I?”
Of course you can lose weight by walking or following any sort of FAD but the point is what you lose? Water, muscles or Fat?
If you are just walking or just following a FAD Diet, you are definitely losing more water and muscles and not fat.

The truth is, Weight training, is the only way to burn fat.
Weight training improves muscle strength and build muscles which in turn increases you metabolism.
Weight training burns Fat for 48 hours post workout.
Other Benefits of Weight training:
– Strengthens you bones
– Increase muscle mass
– Burn Fat massively
– Gives more inch loss
– Tightens skin
– Improves skin quality
– Build strength
– Lowers the risk of injuries
– Recovers knee pain, back pain or any bone related issues
– Build immunity
‘’But, I’m not a gym person’’
Exercise is a Science; you cannot decide and chose the exercise you want to do in your comfort zone.
It is vital for you to weight train at least twice in a week with good intensity. This will give you massive inch loss, tighter skin, glowing skin, and of course toned body.
Most importantly, it keeps you healthy. You won’t have any knee pain, slip disc, hormonal issues, infertility, risk of diseases like diabetes or hypertension in future.
FOCUS ON HEALTH AND THE BY PRODUCT WILL BE FAT LOSS
What about after you leave Gyming? Will I put on double the weight?
Firstly, why should you leave Gyming? You need to weight train throughout your life. There is no option or replacement to this (except yoga on a very advanced level).
If you want to be fit, healthy and look young throughout your life, then you must weight train.
And Yes, you will gain weight after you leave it. You leave any activity for that matter, you will gain weight (fat) massively due to lower muscle mass (low metabolism).
You leave walking, you’ll gain weight.
You leave yoga, you’ll gain weight.
You leave aerobics/ zumba or any activity, you’ll gain weight.
You leaving gyming, you’ll gain weight.
You don’t workout at all, you’ll gain weight here too.
THERE IS NO SHORTCUT TO FAT LOSS
If you want permanent results,
If you want to have a tighter and a toned skin,
If you want to lose more fat than muscles,
If you want to have a goregeous skin and lustrous hair,
Then workout in schedule
2-3 workout of weight training, 2-3 workouts of cardio and stretching post workout is the way to boost your metabolism and burn fat.

Affirm yourself each day that you will always exercise and eat healthy to get in the right shape. You must focus purely on health to get the best results.
Magical Action Plan:
– Stick to weight training if you want to lose fat and look toned.
– Focus on health more than just losing weight in an unhealthy way.
– There is no short cut to fat loss, you must weight train to burn fat.
– Yes, you’ll gain weight after you leave Gyming but that will happen by leaving any sort of activity. You can never lose weight (fat) by not doing any exerecise.
– 2-3 workouts of weight training is a must to lose fat.
– If you have any bone related problems then you must start with physiotherapy first, gradually followed by body weight training, then start with lighter weight. As the strength improves, start increasing the intensity.
– Remember, your eating patter should be parallel to your workout regime. If you don’t match the requirements, then you won’t see any benefits.

People scare others who want to join gym by saying that you will gain weight if you stop going to gym; suggest them to see any easy way to lose weight without having the knowledge that there is a difference between weight loss and fat loss.
