Honestly, we cannot decide to do random exercises to lose weight. It needs to be planned according to the fitness components.

Thks shikha..I am in love with all ur blogs..I am into this wgt loss story since i was 14….I lost 30 kilos before getting married…but it was easy that tym…but post delivary i put on all that wgt again…still lost 15… And due to some harmonal imbalance I again put on the same…and again manages to loose 15…. But now since 2yrs I have not lost ……bit reading all ur blogs are giving me so much of inspiration…thks a ton…I am loving it…
