Simple things like, eating more, eating real foods and working out are made too complicated these days.
– Eat low calorie
– No workouts and yet lose weight
– Fat free foods
– Heat vibration therapies
– Non surgical liposuction
– And more crappy gimmicks
Too complicated and unreal ways to lose weight! 😳
Why is it so difficult for people to understand that real and natural foods are the best adapted to the body and not the modified artificial and complicated foods.
When the original food is made converted to some fake and modified food, it ruins the nature of the food, doing nothing good to you.

Using shortcuts to lose weight like only soup salad diets, only fruit diets, skipping dinner etc, gives more water and muscle loss than fat loss.
The real fat loss happens when you lose more in inches than weight. The body looks toned, energetic and beautiful.
What do you chose to be like after lose weight?
1- Look gorgeous/ handsome, toned, tighter and good looking?
2- Skinny fat, lose skin and dull, wrinkled face?
I’m sure you want to be the first first category. Right?
Then understand the Side Effects of the Low Calories Foods:
1- Low calorie is artificial and modified: Low calorie are processed and therefore, lowers the healthy nutrients which are needed to boost your metabolism. Eg- low fat cheese. Cheese has healthy saturated fats which has a direct relationship with fat loss and low cholesterol. Processing it, to lower the fat percentage, has zero benefits and makes it unpalatable.
2- Low calorie foods are not always low calorie: In most of the low calorie foods, you won’t find sugar written in the nutritive value table but it surely has it in ingredients in the other forms like corn maple syrup, molasses, sucralose, etc. So, thinking that you are eating healthy and low calorie to lose weight, is doing the reverse effect on your health.
3- Low calorie foods lack micro nutrients: As low calorie foods are modified and processed, it loses the micro nutrients. Therefore, you’ll find these foods are generally fortified with vitamins and minerals i.e. added artificially.
4- Low calorie foods makes you fat: Eating low calorie simply means it is very low in fat and high in sugar. Therefore, it doesn’t stay in the stomach for a very long time, keeping you low energy, more hungry and more fat.
Why is eating more calories important?
Gone are the days when the nutritionist used to cut down calories to reduce weight and today is the time when you eat more calories to lose fat.
Yeah, this is the reality! 😆
Eating more calories from the right and real food is the most important guideline for health in today’s time.
Here goes the benefits of eating more calories:
1- High Thermogenic effect- Eating more foods that are real and natural are generally high in calories like- whole cereals, whole pulses, whole milk, whole cream, ghee, nuts, veggies, and fruits, therefore on it’s consumption, you body burns more calories to digest this high thermogenic foods (high calories foods takes longer time to digest)
2- Keeps you full for a very long time- As high calorie foods takes longer time to digest, it keeps you full for a very long time. Therefore, you don’t overeat in the next meal.
3- Stops craving- Have you noticed, people these days crave more for sugars and fried foods? This is because, the low calorie foods and the processed foods like pizza, burgers, fries etc, spikes the blodd glucose levels immediately and crashes down later, leaving your hungry and low energy. Body then craves for the more sugars to maintain the blood glucose levels. This cycle keeps going on and on.
4- Burns more fat- High calorie foods needs more energy to get digested, therefore, body used fat as the sources to burn it. So, the more real and high calorie foods you eat, the more fat you burn.
Which is the right ‘’High Calorie Food’’?
There are 2 types of High Calorie foods:
1- Unhealthy high calorie foods: Foods like processed flour (maida), sugar, deep fried, diet foods, low fat foods, preserved foods like chips, wafers, bakery foods like cakes, sauces, mayonnaise, syrups, and more packed, unnatural and man made foods falls under this category. They too are high calorie but they lack the thermogenic effect, that means they do not stay in the stomach for a very long time and so not burns body calories.
2- Healthy high calorie foods: All the natural and real foods fall under this category. Foods like whole cereals, whole pulses, whole milk, whole cheese, whole paneer, full cream yogurts and cream, whole vegetables and whole fruits, flitered oil are high thermogenic foods, which means, they take longer time to digest and burns more body calories to digest it.
Stick to Healthy High calorie foods and burn more fat!
Why not count calories?

Magical Action plan: ”Low Calorie Foods” are not good for you
· Stick to natural and real foods like whole cereals, whole pulses, whole and full cream milk, nuts, whole cream, whole paneer, whole veggies, whole fruits, whole egg, chicken and fish.
· Completely eliminate fraud foods which have names like ‘’Low fat’’ ‘’Low calorie’’ ‘’Diet’’ foods. They are fake and unreal.
· Read for key words like ‘’whole wheat’’ ‘’whole grains’’ or simple ‘’whole’’ to chose the right food.
· Check the nutritive table behind the products and look for sugar. It should be ‘’0’’
· Just below the nutritive table, look for ingredients list and check the foods like corn maple syrups, sucralose, maltodextrin, dextrin or molasses. They are the other form of sugars, therefore completely eliminate.
· Eat lots of healthy fats like ghee, nuts, avocado, whole milk, whole cream, whole milk curd and paneer, olives, coconut, coconut malai and filtered oils. · Stick to high calorie proteins ike whole milk and it’s products, whole eggs, chicken, and fish. They are very high thermogenic foods which helps you burn more fat.
· Workout well. This has no excuse! Your metabolism boost maximum with weight training.
